Who is the community for?

Females who want to take their results to the next level, focus on developing their physique, mindset and overall knowledge around training, nutrition, mindset and more.

Whether you want to get leaner, build muscle or get started on your bodybuilding journey. We have SO many videos to support you along with our incredible groups and challenges.

The community is also perfect if you want to be around other likeminded women, we have lots of different groups you can join as a part of the community so you can pick the groups relevant to you!

This is also fantastic if you are wanting support with knowing exactly what you need to be doing - with our 8 week programmes built within the community that you gain access to and are included within the monthly subscription.

We have specific resources and a group aimed at coaches/PT's so this is a great choice if you are a coach wanting to further your knowledge and gain more support.

What is included?

  • Access to our courses, covering a huge range of topics and including industry leading guest speakers. These are self paced and each course is broken down into different topics, so you can dip in and out of the specific topics relevant to you.

  • An all female empowering community. Meet others on a similar journey to you, share your wins and more. You can also ask any questions - our 3 coaches are on hand to help you out.

  • Inclusive step into strong programme. This is an 8 week programme launching on set dates so everyone goes through the 8 weeks simultaneously. This is perfect if you want more support and guidance - with access to a strength programme, weekly lives, your own tracker and set nutrition targets.

  • Ongoing new content and speakers. Each course will consistently have new topics added and brand new courses will be added in too. Expect ongoing content from industry leaders specifically focussed for females.

How do the courses work?

Our courses are all self paced - you don't have to do them in a specific order and you can dip in and out with the ability to pick and choose sub topics that are relevant to you. We are launching with 12 courses covering key areas of progress relating specifically to females!

Some of our videos are longer, some shorter and some webinar style! Our courses are launching with the a selection of the topics and we will be drop feeding the rest of the topics over the coming weeks to complete the courses.

We have so much more planned and will be adding in and bulking our more course and topics within each course over the coming weeks and months.

What are the challenges?

Our first challenge is step in to strong. This will be launching in May! It is an 8 week programme which anyway within the community can join for free.
This is both results and knowledge focussed - upon joining you will complete a form with some details and will be sent your own tracker!

This will contain your training programme (option of different splits), space to log your training, your macro targets based on your goal and an interactive meal planner.

You will also be joining other females going through the programme at the same time - with weekly lives covering Q+A sessions and a range of topics to support you.

When can I join?

You can join now! Once you've signed up you'll be sent a link to join the community which is ran on Skool. We recommend downloading the app as it's the easiest way to use it.

Once you've been accepted into the community, you will see all the links to join the different groups on the main page in Skool.

All the info and links for the challenge will be posted within the group.

How much does it cost?

We run on a monthly membership basis, so you subscription payment will be taken on a monthly basis - you can cancel at any time.

If you have joined before the 15.04.24 as a VIP you have lifetime access for £19.99. Joining on or after our launch on the 15th the monthly subscription is £29.99.
This includes access to all of our challenges and programmes as well!

Meet Our Team

Leah - Undivided Coaching Founder

PCA Pro Figure Athlete with 7 years coaching experience.

Leah came from a competitive swimming background and got into strength training and bodybuilding off the back of this - competing for the first time in 2018. Leah also holds a degree in sport and exercise science.

Leah works 1-2-1 with females across lifestyle, shoot and comp prep.

Lily - Undivided Coach

Lily completed her first season last year in toned figure.

She is a qualified personal trainer who works in person with clients and specialises in helping girls get into training, start to take their training more seriously and also get started on their bodybuilding journeys.

Kelsey is a PCA Pro Bikini Athlete with 8 years competing experience.

She specialises in helping females improve their relationship with food, hormone health and mindset and is also a qualified personal trainer with years experience coaching women.
